Sheffield Interchange sought enhancements to improve customer experience and ambience. I was surprised to discover the absence of clocks in the Interchange, prompting me to develop a prototype for a digital clock featuring changing faces and informative content. Additionally, I proposed a walkway data loop connecting the train station and interchange, considering it is a primary route for their customers.
